Eco Comfort builds energy efficient and passive houses based on timber frame structure and cross laminated timber (CLT).
Over 20 years experience working closely with architects and engineers across Europe helped to recognise variety of challenges which modern housing market, facing global climate changes, should cope with now and in the future. We worked with different fabrics constantly searching for newest technologies and as a result we developed the house structure which meets, and in most cases exceeds, very rigorous requirements for passive housing outlined by Passive House Institute of Darmstadt, Germany – the world pioneer of passive housing concept, and the only internationally recognised body, setting performance-based energy standard in construction.
We work closely with them so quality and durability of building structure and exceptional energy performance of our passive houses is confirmed and certified by the Institute. We do strongly believe that our houses are one of the best on the market providing exceptional thermal comfort and best efficiency. To build our houses we use only best possible materials which guarantee to conform with our policy – Comfort, Durability, Efficiency and Quality – CoDEQ
